EventPatrol

  • Added new summary and task metrics to the EventPatrol Dashboard.

  • Added a new maintenance feature to make it easier for MAP to stage new versions of PatrolSuite.
  • For customers who have purchased the Server Update Plan, the PatrolSuite/About page now enables Administrators to deploy new software versions without MAP’s assistance. A corresponding permission has also been added.

QualityPatrol

  • Added the ability to automatically round numeric input on the Sample Test Results page and the corresponding configuration setting to enable/disable this feature on the Admin Configuration page. The purpose of this feature is to make it easier to send data from a measuring device to QualityPatrol.
  • Added Sample counts/links on the Sample Units tab.

  • Introduced automatic retesting of the subsequent sample after a failed test result. This feature can be enabled in Admin/Configuration/QualityPatrol.
  • Re-organized the Add Sample interface to display automatic frequencies in their own section and added an option in Admin/Configuration/QualityPatrol that allows users to select automatic frequencies.

EventPatrol

  • Added logic to allow the event search field to search by event number, complaint number, and audit number.

QualityPatrol - Quality Plans

  • Introduced the ability to define and to manage quality plans and specifications in QualityPatrol. Replaces the corresponding functionality in QDMS.
  • This is an important milestone as all users can now fully migrate to the web-based environment.
  • As of December 31, 2023, QDMS will reach its end of life and will no longer be supported. All MAP customers should complete their migration to PatrolSuite by 2023-12-31 as QDMS will be decommissioned in 2024.

  • Introduced the EventPatrol search page to enable user to find events of interest.
  • The My Events filter makes it east to find events in which you are involved.
  • Hyperlinks take the user directly to a desired event.

  • Introduced the QualityPatrol dashboard to measure performance across critical quality metrics.
  • Color-coded gages and charts identify performance levels to target.
  • Breakdown variables make it easy to compare performance across numerous topics of interest such as business units, plants, manufacturing lines, products, product types, customers, test methods, manufacturing orders, shifts, etc.
  • Want to see which product has the most out-of-specification test results in your facility? Producing this metric in the QualityPatrol dashboard takes seconds.

Metrics & Reports - Genealogy

  • Introduced the Genealogy by Order and Genealogy by Unit reports. Compared to the typical genealogy report provided by an ERP or MES, these reports save users significant time because the results are hyperlinked to quickly navigate to related data within the quality system. For example, when viewing the genealogy for manufacturing orders, a single click takes the user to view the manufacturing test results, the capability and performance records, related CoAs, or the customer complaints related to the order.
